We currently have two forms:
Cooking Tallow Cubes (2 Tablespoons each)
Cooking Tallow Tubs (1 lb and 4 lb)
 
Cooking Tallow Cubes are in food-grade bags of 16 cubes (2 Tablespoons each), and are perfect to grab and cook with. No more scraping out jars, guessing on measurements, or having to dirty other utensils! We love to use cubes for cooking eggs, and frying up potatoes or salmon patties in a skillet.
 
Cooking Tallow Tubs are great for larger quantity dishes that require more tallow. They come in 1 lb and 4 lb tubs. Tallow french fries, anyone?
